Our Selection of Gastronomic Oils

Virgin oils extracted from other seeds!
These are real tastes and flavors concentrates.
Their interest is to utilize them as flavors natural enhancers.
Over 500kg of tomatoes, 780kg of chili seeds etc… are needed to make one single liter of oil.

These are not flavored oils: the oil contained in the seed serves as a vehicle to the quintessence of the aromas that are naturally concentrated in the heart of the fruit.

This is a first on the market: TOMATO, CHILI, GREY POPPY, CHERRY STONE and HEMP for now…

These oils are currently in the hands of two major Chefs: the master Pierre GAGNAIRE and the talented Arnaud DONCKELE, who both explore new combinations for future gastronomic creations.

Common sheet to all the products:
Raw material: seeds and fruit stones, all natural additives free products, manufacturing process is entirely mechanical.

Tomato Seeds Oil

This oil has a beautiful orange color that reminds one of the color of sun-dried tomatoes. it is extracted using a natural method and it is additive-free. Not less than 500 kg of tomatoes are required to produce 1 liter of this precious oil.

A dash of tomato seed oil enhances fish, steamed vegetables, salads and different kinds of cheese.

Cherry Stones Oil

This oil has a beautiful golden robe. Its marzipan flavor reminds us the amaretto. It is extracted using a natural method and is additive-free. Not less than 6 kg of cherry stones’ almonds (without counting the shells) are required to produce 1 liter of this precious oil. The cynhydric acid usually found in the almonds of almost every stone fruit has been eliminated during a special production process.

This oil will enhance all your sweet food preparations, soups and creams.

Grey Poppy Seeds Oil

This oil has a colorless pale color as well as a delicate sour flavor just like grey poppy seeds. It is extracted using a natural method and it is additive-free. Not less than 3,5 kg of grey poppy seeds are required to produce 1 liter of this oil that contains high rates of Omega-6 fat acids.

This oil is a perfect match for fish and mushrooms.

Chili Seeds Oil

This oil has a bright red color and a perfectly balanced intense fruity flavor. It is extracted using a natural method and it is additive-free. 18 to 20kg of chili peppers are required to produce 1 liter of this precious oil.
A dash of tomato seed oil enhances fish, steamed vegetables, salads and different kinds of cheese.

A dash of this oil will enhance your soups, grills, marinades, raw vegetables and desserts. To be used sparingly.

Hemp Seeds Oil

This oil has a silky green color and a vegetal/floral flavor. It is extracted using a natural method and it is additive-free. Not less than 4,5 kg of hemp seeds are required to produce 1 liter of this oil. Please note the hemp seeds used to produce this oil are a unique type of seed and do not contain more than 0,3% of thc.

A dash of hemp seed oil enhances your cold dishes, sauces and any of your steamed cooking. This oil is a true revelation on white fish.
